Beautiful Breakfast

I have a cool husband.  He sends me links to all kinds of neat things he thinks I'd like.  Today he sent me this link, which leads to an article about Jennifer Rakowski's Breakfasts--or rather the pictures she takes of them--and her new book showcasing her beautiful breakfasts.  I usually stand at the counter eating the other half of Lois's banana or some such rushy, not pretty, not sit down meal.  I think her pictures have inspired me to have better, prettier breakfasts from now on.  Or maybe I'll just look at her pictures as I stand at the counter with my half banana.

They look yum! My breakfast usually involves me inhaling a bowl of cornflakes at the kitchen counter hoping the boys won't spot me and climb on my head!

Ooh.. It's like making breakfast as delightful as dessert, with all the prettiness. I'm all for it! This blog (http://www.katheats.com/) also has some inspiring breakfast shots (mostly of oatmeal)... I am loving this revamping of breakfast; I normally eat mine in the car to work or AT work. Hmm...

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, I feel decidedly cheated when I have to rush it, oh for a Sunday morning and a house full of friends with bellies full of goodness and bloody mary's.
