Due Date

Time's up--at least I'd like for it to be! Today's my due date, but the little bun has yet to arrive. I feel like I'm the timer ticking. Reaching my due date has made me even more anxious than I have been though I know a lot of babies arrive after their due date. My next doctor's appointment is Friday. I'm looking forward to seeing what she'll say. In the meantime, I've been working on the baby's birth announcements. I started them weeks ago but put that project aside to do other things. They're pretty time consuming but still fun to make. Hopefully I'll finish them tomorrow (everything but the text since I won't know the information until she's here). I'll post a picture of one soon. Come on baby girl, come out! Sorry it's been all baby talk around here lately, but that's about all I can think about right now.

just yesterday, we saw a very pregnant hen ready to deliver and she said, one more day. my 15 year old son proceeded to say -"mom, did it hurt?" I replied, once you see the baby, all the hurt is immediately replaced with unconditional love. enough love to do it again, and again.
wishing you love, no hurt.

Hi Leigh! Just wanted to send a hug and can't wait to hear about that precious new baby girl! I saw Kay last night and she was updating me on you and I assured her I knew all about it already because I'm your blog stalker! ; )

I'll be thinking about you while I'm in SF next week and thanks again for all the great tips on where to visit.

Hi Leigh!
Sending you a warm hug and best wishes on the impending birth of your daughter! My oldest son was just married on the 20th of September, and it doesn't seem that long ago that I was in your position awaiting his birth. Cherish this special time in your and Andrew's lives...it really does go by faster than you expect! lol I've been seriously MIA in blogging due to the wedding...if you have a minute stop by as I have posted a few pics of the wedding.
Take care,
Debby

OOOhhhh Girlie,
I know the anticipation must be killing you because you are sooooo ready for her. And it will happen so fast when it starts. At least that is what I am saying in my prayers for you. I know I keep saying it but if you need anything.....
