You Can Stand Under My Umbrella

Umbrella's have been on my mind, not because there's any rain in sight here in San Francisco but because lately radio stations play Rihanna's "Umbrella" incessantly. I don't drive often because I don't have to here in SF, but every time I get in the car lately, it's inevitable that when I station surf, I'll hear it a few times. So with umbrellas in mind, here are a few inspiring pictures from Flickr that caught my eye and one umbrella turned get well card that I made yesterday with some scrap vintage fabric that Caroline gave me.
